STM Music Productions - established March 2003
We are Jim Keller, Archie PK, Michael Miller, and Robby Rodwell;
all relocated to Raleigh from Elsewhere, USA. We consist of two sets of friends who crossed paths at a local rock show. Talks began, and we all agreed that Raleigh was lacking something; something that we all had growing up in our corners of the country...a tight music scene with familiar faces at every show...a true dedication to that scene. Bands got along, everyone knew each other, and it made the scene stronger. Where we come from, going to shows was almost mandatory. There was no searching for shows...you already knew what was going on and where the next show was because of the buzz.
We began planning in March 2003 to get that same buzz going here in Raleigh, and the next six months were dedicated to establishing our company and making contacts with bands and venues in the area. We began to book shows pairing up local bands with regional and national acts, giving people a chance to see local talent that they may have overlooked otherwise. We intend to help pull our scene together, band by band, fan by fan, and get that buzz going!
