Butch Walker’s August 17th show at the Lincoln Theatre has been postponed. Here is a note from Butch himself.

Having to postpone completing your record for personal reasons hurts about as much as having to postpone your tour... Yep, I'm gonna have to do my tour later yall... So sorry for anyone who bought plane tickets and made travel plans (I know a lot of you do this and I'm not happy either), but I have to do what's right. I promise, I will make it up to you with an amazing record and all tour dates rescheduled. Thanks for understanding, my friends...

Butch

Due to the many activities taking place outside the Brewery in the rear parking lot, that parking lot will be roped off the night of the Halloween show. There will be NO PARKING BEHIND THE BREWERY. Please tae care as to where you do park as the city is notorious for towing in that area. The only real safe place to park is in the 4 story covered parking structure past the Brewery. If you are heading down Hillsborough towards downtown take the right AFTER the Brewery, it will dead end in a parking structure that is free, well lit, safe, and monitored. You will not be towed if you park in there. If you are coming up Hillsborough towards the Brewery take the left JUST BEFORE the Brewery and follow the same directions. We want you to party hard, and not have to worry about your vehicles, so follow these instructions and everyone should have a good time and not get towed.

STM Music Productions is proud to announce several new upcoming shows. First we have Raleigh's own Untold headlining at The Brewery October 29th. Supporting The Modern Hard Rock sound of Untold are two bands from Columbia, South Carolina, Death Valley Driver and Pain In Life. Folks familiar with Isabelle's Gift and Throttlerod should recognize the lead guitarist from Death Valley Driver as Travis Nicholson. Travis was the bass player in both forementioned bands before heading out on his own as a guitarist and starting up the hard and heavy Death Valley Driver. They have just released a CD and live DVD and will have both on sale at the show Friday October 29th. Next we have Interscope Recording artists Helmet promoting their new release Size Matters at the Lincoln Theatre Friday November 19th with Bay Area Rockers Totimoshi. Tickets for this show are $14 in advance and $16 day of show and can be purchased through LINK EXPIRED Monday November 22nd at the Lincoln Theatre we have Finger Eleven, Local H, and Burden Brothers. This is an early show with doors at 7PM and show starting at 8pm! Tuesday November 30th at The Brewery we have the venerable Thrash Metal stylings of Metal Church!! You read that right. Metal Church has just released a new album last month called Weight Of The World. The band has taken the road in support of the new album and STM Music Productions and Edge Magazine are bringing them to The Brewery for a night of Old School Thrash! The last show to report on is Saturday, December 4th back at The Lincoln Theatre we have Butch Walker and American Hi-Fi. They came through last July to rave reviews and put on a show that people are STILL talking about. Be sure to catch Butch and company as they come back through one last time! Tickets for this show are $12 in advance and $14 day of show and can be purchased through LINK EXPIRED.

STM Music Productions and Edge Magazine present: The STM Music Productions Annual Halloween Monster Rock Bash at The Brewery Saturday October 30th.Scheduled to appear are: Blatant Disarray, Drill 187 and Shortest Straw (A Tribute to early era Metallica) But what would an STM Music Productions Halloween Monster Rock Bash be without... FREAKS!!! That's right, FREAKS!!! This year we have gone over the top and secured nothing but the best in Freakdom for you all to enjoy. This years show will be full of freaks, spanking booth, body suspensions (yes you read that right, we are literally going to be hanging people from meat hooks!) and many other sick and twisted things to make you ohh, ahh, and squirm in your skin. Doors: 9pm; Show: 10pm; TIX: $10 with costume, $12 without. THIS IS AN ALL AGES SHOW. So come get your freak on with STM Music Productions, Edge Magazine, Blatant Disarray, Drill 187 and Shortest Straw.STM Music Productions would like to extend our sincerest gratitude and thanks to Drill 187, and Blatant Disarray for stepping up at the last moment to perform on this bill for you all. As you may or may not know, we originally had Wednesday 13, Unsound, and Jake the Evil Redneck, set to perform with Shortest Straw, however within a 6 hour period Unsound broke up, Wednesday 13 kicked out their guitarist and Jake cancelled leaving us only with Shortest Straw. The New Princes Of Thrash Blatant Disarray stepped up and offered to open the show, and then the Mighty Drill 187 kindly stepped up and offered to play support as a favor to STM Music Productions. Even though they had taken the rest of the year off, and had already had their 'last show of the year' at the beginning of the month, they had the balls to step up and help out the scene and some friends when needed. Again, we'd like to thank Blatant Disarray and Drill 187 for stepping up to the plate... and Shortest Straw for not fucking breaking up, honoring their word, and performing as promised like professionals.

Just Announced!!!   Isabelle’s Gift to open for LA Guns
and Stephen Pearcy Thursday July 28th!

Thursday July 28th
Jesters Pub
Fayetteville, NC

LA Guns
Stephen Pearcy
Isabelle's Gift

Doors: 7pm
Show: 8pm
TIX: $15

Jesters Pub
6577 Fisher Rd.
Fayetteville, NC

WASP, LA Guns and Stephen Pearcy were scheduled to play Jesters Pub in Fayetteville, NC this coming Thursday. Blackie Lawless needs two days rest, so he cancelled the show. LA Guns and Stephen said, "FUCK THAT", and are still playing. They asked Jesters to give them a kick ass opening band, and Jester's wanted Isabelle's Gift.

Ask and the Gift shall deliver.

That's right - it's Jason's wildest fantasy (well, okay, there's no spinning drum kit and / or Phil Anselmo when he had long hair and Sebastian Bach was headlining over his sorry ass, but it's close). LA Guns and Stephen Pearcy, sharing a stage with IG. If only it were 1987...oh, wait - then Troy would be the only one of legal drinking age.

STM Music Productions is proud to announce the signing of Blatant Disarray and Shortest Straw to our small stable of up and coming bands. This signing closes several months of negotiations between both parties to ensure that we had the appropriate game plan in place to unleash the new princes of thrash on an unsuspecting public.

Blatant Disarray have spent the last 12 months in the studio recording their first official full length album. After many technical difficulties and having to record the album twice to completion, the band has finally finished what is sure to become a legendary album both locally and nationally. Expect a 3 song sampler to come out in the next few months and Blatant Disarray will begin hitting the clubs and venues harder and heavier than ever.

Shortest Straw is a tribute to early era Metallica. The band plays songs found on the first four albums of Metallica's only. Shortest Straw has been performing for the past year in clubs and venues from Virginia to Georgia, and with this signing they will begin to branch out further. Their shows have to be seen to be believed. Some reviews of their shows have even stated that the tribute act perform Metallica live better than Metallica does today.

So keep your eyes and ears open for Blatant Disarray and Shortest Straw as we begin to send them out on the road.

Ya never know what to expect at a Shortest Straw show, so make sure to check them out when they are in your area.

We're told they kicked ass down there and the crowd loved 'em. That's the true New Southern Outlaw way!

Southern Discomfort Tour to lay waste to the Southeast.

Century Media Recording Artists Brand New Sin and Universal Recording Artists Isabelle's Gift are teaming up with STM Music Productions to bring you the Southern Discomfort Winter Tour 2005.

Kicking off February 17th in Springfield, VA this double fisted Jager sponsored band bill will descend upon North Carolina with all the alcohol fueled fury that one would expect from these two hard drinking and southern rocking bands. Also in the path of destruction of the juggernaut that will forever be remembered as our Southern Discomfort Winter Tour 2005 are the once fine states of South Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Brand New Sin has finished up mastering their Sophomore album and have recently signed to Century Media Recordings where they are set to release an EP in the coming weeks, have a new cut of their forthcoming album featured on Century Media's Marin Corp Sampler entitled "Code: Red", and are hitting the road With Motorhead and COC once the dust settles from the Southern Discomfort romp.

Isabelle's Gift has also finished up their debut album for Universal Recordings and are set to release "American Idle" in the coming months on an unsuspecting audience. Born of Punk, fueled by Hard Rock, and forged in alcohol and attitude this South Carolina band is set to kick Rock's collective teeth in.

So join the fracas and wear a cup, it's bound to get ugly out there...
