Supagroup for coming out on stage and blowing everyone away. Absolutely nobody knew what to expect from them, and they kicked everyone’s ass. Luckily they will be returning on August 16th to the Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh with Brand New Sin, Black Halos, and Dog Faced Gods.
Alabama Thunderpussy for never giving up, and getting to the venue as the doors opened. For being class acts and rolling with the punches. For blowing up their trailer an hour outside of Raleigh, and still making it to the show!
To the Fu for a hell of a show. Fu Manchu live is simply great Fu. Hopefully it won’t be another 7 years before we get them back!
COC for an insane set, some guest appearances, “13 Angels” live, keyboards, jams, playin’ for what… 2 hours? Hopefully it won’t be 5 years before they play Raleigh again.
The Dive Bar for allowing us to throw down till the sun came up. To Amy and Brit for being a couple of hot kick ass bartenders and taking care of everyone.
